Think tank researching housing bust fix

The 21-year-old Milken Institute, which advances innovative solutions to social and economic problems affecting the U.S. and beyond, has been looking at the housing crisis through a bit of a different lens.

The United States had just gone through the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Home prices had dropped by staggering percentages, millions had lost their homes and experts were trying to make sense of it all.


Enter Milken Institute.
