County OKs Disciplining Deputies

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department got the go-ahead from the Board of Supervisors Wednesday to begin suspending deputies and docking pay if deputies continue to call in sick in significant numbers despite a court order prohibiting them from doing so.
