Court Seems to Favor Truck Access

WASHINGTON - Dismissing arguments by California environmental and labor groups, the Supreme Court on Wednesday indicated it will rule that the federal government does not have to conduct an in-depth study of the air pollution hazards posed by giving Mexican trucks greater access to U.S. roads.
