Panel Tosses Clothing Retailer's Defamation Suit

LOS ANGELES - A state appellate court Wednesday threw out a defamation suit filed by fashion retailer Forever 21 against garment worker advocates for protesting sweatshop conditions at the chain's subcontractors.
