Judge Protects Santa Cruz Pot Coalition

SAN FRANCISCO - Citing a groundbreaking federal appellate decision, a San Jose federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Santa Cruz medical marijuana coalition can dispense pot to its clients without running the risk of arrest or civil penalty by the federal government.
