Fairness Under Fire

FAIRFIELD - Superior Court Judge Mike Nail works hard to banish the notion that he favors prosecutors in his Solano County courtroom. Sure, he went directly from elected district attorney to elected jurist who now oversees felony trials. But he can be fair to criminal defendants, he's quick to assert.
