Can Domestic Spies Preserve Liberty?

Forum Column - By Earl Ofari Hutchinson - During her testimony before the Sept. 11 commission, National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice's finger pointed at the FBI for allegedly failing to follow up on its investigation of al-Qaida operatives in the United States before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. This almost certainly will increase the clamor for an independent domestic spy agency.
