Bar Court Judge Advises Attorney's Disbarment

RIVERSIDE - A State Bar Court judge has recommended that a Riverside immigration attorney be disbarred for "frivolously" filing asylum applications, sharing legal fees with nonlawyers and committing other offenses while handling cases for his Mexican immigrant clients.
