Bullying, Lying Judges Ousted in 2003

SAN FRANCISCO - An East Bay judge who was ousted for repeatedly bullying lawyers and his staff as well as a former Fresno jurist who lied during his failed re-election campaign about surfing porn sites on courthouse computers were among the 22 judges disciplined last year by the state's judicial watchdog agency.
