Racer Whose Rival Died Must Spend Year in Jail

RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A San Bernardino County Superior Court judge Thursday sentenced a street racer to a year in jail and three years' formal probation for causing the death of a rival racer who crashed and died during a speed contest between the two.
