Administration Has Made Reporting to President More Orderly

Forum Column - By Michael K. Bohn - Intelligence reporting to the president is front-page news today. The commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks has been seeking access to intelligence regarding the terrorist threat that was reported to President Bush before those events. The Senate Intelligence Committee is also interested in the reporting to Bush before the start of the war in Iraq.
