LOS ANGELES - The U.S. Attorney's office in Los Angeles on Wednesday announced the arrest of 15 Southern California residents as part of a two-year operation by U.S. and Canadian officials to wipe out a major international ring trafficking in the drug MDMA, known as Ecstasy.
