Court OKs Withholding Of Suicide Photographs
WASHINGTON - Ruling Tuesday in a case questioning whether Deputy White House Counsel Vincent W. Foster Jr. was murdered, the Supreme Court held that family members have a privacy right to stop the government from releasing information about a deceased relative under the Freedom of Information Act.
