No Siren, No Felony Evasion, Court Says
LOS ANGELES - The Glendale motorcycle cop had his lights flashing. That was proved. But the 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled Tuesday that prosecutors failed to prove the officer had his vehicle's siren on while he chased that Mazda Protege.
