Federal Abortion Ban Is a Broad Attack on Women's Health

Forum Column - By Louise Melling and Lorraine Kenny - On behalf of the National Abortion Federation and several individual physicians, the American Civil Liberties Union began a four-week trial this week in its legal challenge to the first-ever federal abortion ban. This ban, signed into law in November, poses a significant threat to reproductive rights and is a broad attack on women's health.
