Latham Advises Sale of Interpore For $280 Million

Ten years after taking Interpore International Inc. public, Charles Ruck has guided the company in another milestone. The Costa Mesa lawyer advised the spinal-products manufacturer in its sale to Biomet Inc. for $280 million in cash. Orthopedics company Biomet of Warsaw, Ind., agreed to buy Irvine-based Interpore earlier this month to increase its presence in the spinal market.
