Pillsbury Welcomes Group For Mergers, Acquisitions
Pillsbury Winthrop has landed a mergers and acquisitions practice for its Century City office. Ray La Soya and Lino J. Lauro, who join the firm as partners, started on March 17. The pair comes to Pillsbury Winthrop from Hogan & Hartson, where Lauro was counsel and La Soya was a partner. Joining Pillsbury Winthrop along with La Soya and Lauro are associates Ryan Bates and Dan Palumbo.
