LOS ANGELES - A lawyer for the boy accusing Michael Jackson of molesting him filed a claim for damages against Los Angeles County Wednesday over a confidential child welfare report that was leaked to the news media.
The report was written and leaked six months after the investigation was completed, and six days after Santa Barbara County authorities arrested Jackson in November....
