Immigration Releases Cambodian Held Under Protest

LOS ANGELES - A "grateful" Cambodian man who had been detained after serving a sentence for car theft has been released from jail. The decision by the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to release Sopheap Puth from Mira Loma Detention Center in Lancaster came after the American Civil Liberties Union sued the government, demanding Puth's release.
