District judges closes book on half of Superman case

U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright on Thursday granted final judgment in one-half of the long-running litigation over Superman.
The Central District judge denied all the estate of Superman co-creator Jerry Siegel's claims against Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and its subsidiary, DC Comics Inc.
