Decision Could Aid Defense Of Copyright Infringement

Dossick - It seems as if copyright infringement claims over the creation of motion pictures and television shows are being filed with increasing frequency. The cynical rule of thumb used to be that if a motion picture generated $100 million at the box office, or if a television show survived long enough to go into syndication, an infringement claim was soon to follow.
