Legally Insane Can Take the 5th

SAN FRANCISCO - A state appellate court has ruled that a legally insane offender suffering from a bipolar major schizoaffective disorder should not have been forced to testify against himself during a hearing that resulted in two more years of confinement in a state mental hospital.
