Maxitile Finishes a Two-Year Journey
Maxitile Inc., a distributor of roofing and siding products, has ended its two-year journey through Bankruptcy Court. The Carson-based company emerged from bankruptcy March 2, following approval of its reorganization plan by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sheri Bluebond in February. Maxitile called on the Los Angeles offices of Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps and Jenkens & Gilchrist for counsel in the bankruptcy proceedings.
