PUC Members Are Shut Out

SAN FRANCISCO - The two members of the California Public Utilities Commission who opposed an agreement crucial to the bankruptcy reorganization of Pacific Gas & Electric Co. have been denied access to the PUC's legal evaluation of the issue, they said Tuesday.
