Judge Tosses Baseball Players' Benefits Claims
LOS ANGELES - Major League Baseball teams and Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig shared a victory Monday when U.S. District Judge Manuel Real tossed out a Los Angeles lawsuit seeking pension and medical benefits for a group of mostly white retired players who claimed reverse discrimination.
