Lawyers Seek Unusual Poll In Attempt to Move Trial

SAN FRANCISCO - In an unusual move, attorneys for two of three men charged with assault in the infamous police Fajitagate case have asked a judge to let them poll civil jurors about the criminal matter to determine whether their clients can get a fair trial in San Francisco.
