Yeda Research and Development Company Ltd. won a summary judgment in federal court recently in a patent infringement case filed by Israel Bio-Engineering Project. Ruling in Yeda's favor, a Los Angeles federal judge told Israel Bio-Engineering it couldn't pursue its infringement suit because it didn't own the patent.
