Developer Gets $3.5 Million in Settlement of Suit

SAN BERNARDINO - A bitter legal fight over 10 acres of land alongside a busy stretch of Interstate 10 in San Bernardino came to an end Monday when the redevelopment agency that seized the property through eminent domain to build a Sam's Club agreed to pay $3.5 million for the land.
