Appeals Court Holds Pre-Dispute Jury-Trial Waivers Unenforceable

Hunt - The 1st District Court of Appeal held on Feb. 6 that pre-dispute contract provisions waiving the contracting parties' rights to a jury trial are unenforceable because they violate the California Constitution.
