Touch-Screen Glitch Slows San Diego Elections
SAN DIEGO - Early bird voters at one-fourth of San Diego County's precincts were unable to cast ballots because workers at polling places had not been trained in turning on a critical piece of equipment in the new touch-screen voting system, a county spokesman said Tuesday.
