Judge Gives Kymsta OK to Sell Under Roxywear Brand

A federal judge has ruled that two Southern California companies can continue selling women's clothing lines with similar names.

        A federal judge has ruled that two Southern California companies can continue selling women's clothing lines with similar names.
        Los Angeles upstart Kymsta gets to keep selling its "Roxywear" line, while Newport Beach behemoth Quiksilver won recognition of its "Roxy" trademark for young women's casual wear.
