Papers of Prolific Blackmun May Hold Mysteries, Minutiae

WASHINGTON - Forget about the Pledge of Allegiance case. Never mind the "enemy combatant" terrorism cases. The focus among Supreme Court scholars, journalists and probably the nine current justices - although they're not talking publicly - is not the upcoming arguments in those big cases but rather the release of Justice Harry A. Blackmun's papers on Thursday, the fifth anniversary of his death.
