IBM Wins Chemical Exposure Lawsuit

SANTA CLARA - In a smashing victory for IBM, a Santa Clara County jury Thursday rejected lawsuits filed by two former workers who said they got cancer because the company exposed them to toxic chemicals and failed to warn them of the danger.
