WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday weighed starkly different judgments on the District Court nomination of Roger T. Benitez, who was a unanimous pick of the state's bipartisan judicial selection committee but who was rated "not qualified" by the American Bar Association.
