Two Corporate Of-Counsel Return to Cooley Godward
Cooley Godward is reaching into its past to shore up its life sciences and technology transactions groups. Diane W. Savage, who left Cooley Godward during the Internet boom to teach at Stanford, returned last month to the technology transactions group she founded almost a decade ago. She is joined by fellow former Cooley Godward partner Brian C. Cunningham, who rejoins the firm's life sciences group after five years serving in-house at Rigel Pharmaceuticals.
