Infant's Parents Sue LAPD, City

LOS ANGELES - The family of a infant boy whose arm was partially severed in a police chase last year have filed suit against the city of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Department, claiming officials failed to maintain an adequate pursuit policy.
