Attorney Harry Wartnick

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorney Harry Wartnick, a pioneer in asbestos litigation, died Monday after a long history of heart problems. He was 55. Colleagues and friends Tuesday remembered Wartnick as a compassionate person, a master strategist and a driven advocate.
