Judge Tosses Lead Paint Suit

SAN JOSE - In a major victory for the lead paint industry, a Santa Clara County judge Tuesday tossed out a lawsuit filed by Bay Area cities and counties accusing a host of companies of knowingly selling a poisonous product for decades.
