DA, Judge Compromise on Overtime Pay Issue

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert A. Dukes and District Attorney Steve Cooley have reached a compromise to avoid a repeat of the overtime pay spat that led to the release of 30 alleged felons after the Memorial Day weekend, authorities said Wednesday.
