Attorney Accuses Former Law Partner of Tax Fraud
LOS ANGELES - A long-simmering business dispute over a building once owned by some of the state's most prominent trial lawyers boiled over into a Los Angeles Superior Court complaint this week, in which Charles B. O'Reilly claimed his former law partner, Browne Greene, hired an accountant to cover up "extensive accounting irregularities" and tax fraud involving $6 million at his legal practice during the late 1980s.
