Jurists Let Stand Ruling Against Anti-Abortion 'Wanted' Posters
WASHINGTON - In an important victory for abortion providers, the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday let stand a federal appellate court ruling that the First Amendment does not protect anti-abortion militants' use of "wanted" posters to publish abortion doctors' names and addresses.
