Toshiba paid $30 million to settle lawsuit

Papers filed in federal court Monday reveal that Toshiba Corp. reached a $30 million settlement with plaintiffs who allege the Tokyo-based electronics company participated in a scheme to fix the price of flat panel screens.

Papers filed in federal court Monday reveal that Toshiba Corp. reached a $30 million settlement with plaintiffs who allege the Tokyo-based electronics company participated in a scheme to fix the price of flat panel screens.
