Residential solar company hires new GC

Sungevity Inc., a residential solar company headquartered in Oakland, has appointed a new general counsel, the company announced Monday. Walter I. Conroy joins Sungevity from Belmont-based SunEdison.

Sungevity Inc., a residential solar company headquartered in Oakland, has appointed a new general counsel, the company announced Monday.


Walter I. Conroy joins Sungevity from Belmont-based SunEdison, where he served as head of legal for the company's global special situations group. Prior to his time at SunEdison, he was a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco.
