Bruce D. Wagner, a longtime trial attorney and former name partner at Ropers Majeski Kohn Bentley PC, died Sept. 1 of congestive heart failure. He was 85.
Wagner spent 28 years at Redwood City-based Ropers Majeski, where he specialized in trying civil cases including personal injury, property damage, professional liability and insurance disputes.
