eDiscovery: new ABA ethics comment is 'game changer'

Like it or not, technology has arrived. According to ABA Journal writer Debra Cassens Weiss, no "luddies" will be allowed under new rules of model ethics recently approved by the ABA House of Delegates pursuant to the ABA Commission on Ethics 20/20 that was appointed in 2009 specifically to "study the impact of technology and globalization on the legal profession."
