Northern California energy provider Pacific Gas and Electric Co. was hit with a major proposed class action Thursday by customers who accused it of misusing more than $100 million in fees between 1997 and 2010.
The suit, filed in San Francisco County Superior Court, alleges the company collected a special fee from customers that was supposed pay for "safety measures and operations projects."...
