Toshiba settles price-fixing lawsuit

Toshiba Corp. has agreed to settle claims with a group of plaintiffs that last month won an $87 million verdict against the electronics manufacturer for its alleged involvement in a scheme to fix the prices of LCD panels.

SAN FRANCISCO-Toshiba Corp. has agreed to settle claims with a class of plaintiffs that last month won an $87 million verdict against the electronics manufacturer for its alleged involvement in a scheme to fix the prices of LCD panels.
