Continental: policyholders entitled to full limits on all triggered policies

Following a multiyear battle in the appellate courts, the state Supreme Court recently issued a landmark decision in State of California v. Continental Insurance Co., et al., 2012 DJDAR 11033 (Cal. Aug. 9, 2012), which should significantly expand policyholders' rights to pursue coverage for "long-tail" bodily injury and property losses under historic CGL policies.
