Purloined photos of pop star's secret wedding a copyright violation, court rules

Purloined photos of a Latina pop star's secret wedding, which landed on the cover of a Spanish language gossip magazine, were a copyright violation in addition to a scandal, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled Tuesday.
