Greenberg Traurig partner M. Sean McMillan died Friday after the small plane he was piloting crashed into a residential area after taking off from Santa Monica Airport.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP partner M. Sean McMillan died Friday after the small plane he was piloting crashed into a residential area shortly after taking off from the Santa Monica Airport. He was 70.


McMillan headed the Los Angeles office's corporate and transactional practice and had been with the firm since moving from Bryan Cave LLP in October 2001.
